Clinical Formulation:
A dedicated NAD+ infusion available in 250 mg, 500 mg, 750 mg, or 1,000 mg, administered gradually and adjusted for individual tolerance.
The Aura Optimize Sequence:
Followed by a secondary hydration infusion featuring Infuvite Adult and AminoMultiPlex with L-Arginine, L-Glutamine, L-Lysine, and L-Proline, then completed with a Glutathione IV push for additional antioxidant support.
TREATMENT TIME: 3 - 4 hours (Slowly titrated for optimal comfort)

What dose should I start at?
Before your infusion begins, your clinician will review your goals, history, and treatment plan with you. NAD+ is administered gradually, and the infusion rate may be adjusted based on your tolerance.
Is there a membership for it?
Yes. The Longevity Circle | $549/month is our Optimize membership and includes one 500 mg NAD+ infusion each month. Members can upgrade to 750 mg or 1,000 mg and receive 15% off the standard dose-upgrade amount.
Why does it take three to four hours?
NAD+ is intentionally infused slowly for comfort and tolerability. Faster administration can cause temporary symptoms such as flushing, nausea, abdominal or chest discomfort, or a feeling of pressure. Your nurse monitors you throughout the infusion and can adjust or pause the rate if needed.
How do I know if Optimize is right for me?
Optimize is best for clients specifically interested in NAD+ and a more advanced, extended wellness experience. If your main goal is hydration, travel recovery, or a straightforward reset, one of our traditional IV therapies may be a better fit.
